Samadar Company for General Contracting and Trading was established in 2006, beginning its operations in the fields of contracting and general services. It successfully built a trusted reputation through the efficient and professional execution of multiple projects. With the continuous expansion of its strategic vision, the company entered the field of manufacturing and trading motor oils and industrial lubricants in 2018, aiming to meet the growing local demand for high-quality products that comply with international standards.

The company established a specialized factory for the production of industrial oils and motor oils on an area of 7,500 square meters in Erbil Governorate – Taimar Industrial Area. The facility has been equipped with the latest high-capacity production lines, with an output reaching 60,000 liters per day. The factory also includes modern storage tanks dedicated to base oils, with a total capacity of up to 1,000 tons, helping ensure uninterrupted production and continuous market supply.

Since the establishment of the factory, Samadar Company has been committed to building strategic partnerships with leading European suppliers of raw materials. Base oils and additives are imported from Germany, France, and Belgium in accordance with the highest international standards of quality and safety. Production processes are carried out under specialized technical supervision and with the use of laboratories equipped with the latest chemical and physical testing and analysis devices, ensuring that the final products conform to approved technical standards.

As part of its ongoing commitment to improving product quality, the company also strengthens its scientific cooperation with the College of Science at Salahaddin University through periodic testing and joint research programs aimed at developing formulations and improving performance in line with local climatic conditions and the type of fuel used in Iraq.
